While the food is highly rated, patrons sometimes mention the wait times during peak hours, particularly on Friday nights. Despite the reasonably fast service, the crowd can lead to a short delay on the busiest days.
Some diners note limited seating during these peak periods, making it less ideal for larger groups at times. Additionally, while the menu is extensive, a few customers express a desire for more vegetarian options. These minor concerns don’t seem to overshadow the overall enjoyment of the meal experience.

My regular haunt for Friday night Fish 'n' Chips. Price is ok, and you get a large portion! Absolutely wonderful chips and fish, especially with gravy!

Lovely place to sit in and have some food. They always have specials on so you should look them up
Absolutely brilliant fish and chips. Very consistent and beautifully cooked. Brilliant customer service, fast friendly and efficient.
I have eaten here on a few occasions and I have never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable, in line with most other fish and chip shops and the portions are fantastic. The service is efficient and the staff are down to earth. The food itself is great and I cannot fault it at all, anytime I'm in Ballymena I find an excuse to grab diner here. There is an area for sitting in and it also has a bathroom which is disability accessible. The place is clean and tidy and I'd definitely recommend it.
Probably the best fish suppers in the town. The chips are wonderfully thick, as is the gravy, the fish is always superb. The steak kebab is also very good!! Its gone up a bit but so has everything in this town, if ye have the money buy it!!
You can't go wrong with their freshly cooked cod or the juicy chicken goujons. Their sausage suppers, especially the sausage with chips and gravy, are definitely a crowd-pleaser. Don’t miss out on the bacon and cheese burger that customers rave about.
